He is the University Secretary Karamoja Peace And Technology University. He is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Catholic Lawyers Society International.

An advocate with eighteen years (18) of working experience in Private legal practice, Government of Uganda specifically in the ministry of Defence, President’s office, Movement secretariat and now Operation Wealth creation among others.

An advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate Courts. A holder of a post Graduate diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre and a Candidate of Masters of law in Oil & Gas from Uganda Christian University Mukono-Uganda.
